Little Hollywood Improvement Association (LHIA) is a non-profit Organization that manages association properties and facilities.  These facilities are only for the use of members of LHIA.  Home owners and residents may join LHIA for a fee, if they own/live in the boundaries of Little Hollywood as defined in our corporate charter.  LHIA also hold picnics and other social gatherings for our members.    Note that we are not a HOA and we have no right or desire to tell homeowners how to manage their homes.  No one is required to join LHIA.  If you do not live in the Little Hollywood boundaries you are not eligible to join.  Contact us via email if you are unsure about your eligibility.
